Designed on and around the lake crossing and islands at Kew Gardens, Duet is an animated light bridge of diffused LED uprights with a flowing pattern of colours, designed to showcase the architectural curve of the bridge.
On the lake islands, carefully positioned floor lighting and small, individually addressable spheres react to the soundtrack to highlight the natural foliage.
The underwater lighting linking the bridge and islands combined traditional RGB light sources with 60 kilometres of fibre optic, designed to float like trailing aquatic plants.
